1. DELIVERY TIME WORLDWIDE: 

  • Belgium: 2-4 business days.

  • Rest of Europe: 6-10 business days.

  • Rest of the world: 8-12 business days.

    NOTE: NOW WITH COVID19 THE DELIVER TIMES MIGHT BE LONGER.

2. PAYMENTS:

  • Every country has different shippingcost.

  • The delivery costs will be charged in the check-out page.

  • Our prices are in euro (€).

  • We can change the prices of the products and delivery any time without warning, including errors with prices, details and descriptions which appears on the website.

  • The payment you have paid for an order is including the shipping costs.

 

3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

  • We ship worldwide with POSTNL, DHL or DPD. (Depends of the country)

  • We ship from the Netherlands.

  • When we receive an order, We aim to dispatch it within a maximum of 1/2 working days.

  • unexpected events or an availability of products, it can take longer. In this case you will be notified by email.

  • We are not responsible when a package is lost. This must be arranged by the customer self with the shipping company.
  • As soon as the order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number and the website.

  • The customer is responsible for any mistake on the delivery adress while placing the order.

  •  We are not responsible for any costs that are charged by the customs of your country.


4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

  • We accept returns that are shipped outside the Netherlands. The product has to be send back within 7 days after the day of receiving it.

  • When returning we would like to receive an email with your full name, order number and the track and trace number of the returned product. Make sure that your name and address are still legible when sending, so that we know who it comes from. Keep your track and trace number at all times until the return has been confirmed by us. We do this by email. We cannot refund shipments that we do not receive. 

  • Jewelry, belts and other accessories are not exchanged or returned for reasons of hygiene

  •  All shipping costs are paid by the customer.

  • For hygiëne reasons, we do not accept changes of accessories (earrings, necklaces and belts).

  • The dresses must be returned in the original packaging. Do you no longer have these? Then make sure that the dress is carefully packed. We will not accept dresses that are not returned with due care. We want to receive the product back as you received it.
